I had a chat with Perrin Goodyear EDS in Toronto (April 2022) and basically SATERN has been shut down. The station built up by Major Rick has been dismantled. I’m told in the future that EDS will reach out to local ARES groups for assistance. SATERN was designed for internal support and ARES will have to shoehorn EDS into their workload. What is left of SATERN operators can be found on the Hurricane Channel at 14.325 on Wednesday mornings.
